1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 days of the date of purchase without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by:
- Contacting us through our contact page
- Emailing us at the address provided in your account settings
- Using the cancellation option in your account settings
Important: If you have started using the Service during the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once you have begun using the Service, as the Service is a digital content service that begins immediately upon subscription.
If you withdraw within the 14-day period and have not started using the Service, we will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Subscription Refunds
Refunds for subscriptions may be available in the following circumstances:
- Within 14 days of purchase (EU customers): Full refund if you have not started using the Service
- Service failure: If the Service is unavailable or not functioning as described for an extended period (more than 48 hours)
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same subscription
- Unauthorized charges: If your payment method was used without your authorization
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions that have been actively used beyond the 14-day withdrawal period
- Partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period (subscriptions are billed in advance)
- Refunds requested due to user error (e.g., accidental subscription)
- Refunds for services that have been fully delivered and used
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Contact us through our contact page or email
- Provide your account email address and subscription details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant documentation (e.g., billing statements, error messages)
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to your original payment method.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Note: Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are only available as described in Section 2 above.
5. Pro-Rated Refunds
We generally do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of subscription periods. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the entire billing period, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. However, we may consider pro-rated refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as extended service outages or billing errors.
6. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
7. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (chargeback), we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly first to resolve any billing issues, as this is often faster and more efficient than initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Changes will not affect refund requests made before the policy change.
