Is there really a free trial?

Yes. All Premium plans come with a 7-day free trial. You can try every Premium feature risk-free. Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan after the trial ends unless you cancel before day 7. No charges until then.

What happens to my progress if I downgrade?

Your progress is always saved. If you go back to the free plan, you can still access your flashcards and vocabulary, and continue learning within the daily limits.

I'm a Founder and cancelled. Can I get my discount back?

Yes. Founder members can resubscribe with the same lifetime 50% discount (€5.50/month or €55/year) by contacting us.

How do classroom discounts work?
